A bath.
A warm bath means rest and relaxation. A body feels almost weightless in water. It is carried and muscles have thus the best opportunity to regenerate. At the same time the pressure of the water causes a passive training of the blood circulation. Blood moves out of the extremities into the chest cavity. This increased blood supply leads to a stronger expansion of the heart and thus a higher heart volume (stronger heartbeat).
Warm (33 °C – 37 °C): A warm full-bath is soothing for the organism and relaxing for the muscles.

Cold (< 20 °C): Cold full-baths serve to refresh and harden. They should not last longer than five seconds!
Half-baths are not quite as hard on the blood circulation. Partial baths of the arms have a relaxing effect with stress and lower the blood pressure in the head. Foot baths can systematically stimulate blood circulation and thus the metabolism.
