Whirlbath.
Over and above the effect of a bath, a whirlbath stimulates and invigorates the body. The intelligent arrangement of the different types of nozzles makes it possible to specifically“work” on especially strained parts of the body. Furthermore, it also stimulates the blood circulation in the direction of the heart. This way not only spirit and body are revived, but also muscle tension is relieved.
Besides a stimulating effect on tired joints, the moving water tautens, cleans and invigorates the skin. It is recommended to take a cleansing and revitalising shower before the whirlbath. The water should not be warmer than the body temperature of 37 °C. The ideal length of bathing time is 15 – 20 minutes.
