Düsseldorf/Ratingen. The in form and function very detailed premium programme „F1“ from Keramag is geared to the desires and preferences of the individual, as well as the design-oriented end-user. All ceramics and bathroom furniture have been designed by F.A. Porsche Design. „F1“ stands out as a striking design statement through its dynamic lines, a new form-language and authentic materials. The ceramic objects are shaped by an unusually large basin volume and an emotionalised presentation of water, both of which  inspire associations with goblet-like fountains.

Eye-catching design-characteristics of the washbasins, WC’s and bidets are the sloped sectional planes providing a very independent dynamic. Washbasins with widths of 60, 65 and 75 cm are available. The 60 cm version has a wooden pedestal.and is designed to be free-standing. It can be reached from all sides and placed anywhere within the room. The wall-hung washbasins can be combined with half-pedestals, pedestals or washbasin vanity units. The 65 cm model is also available without a tap-hole bench to connect with a wall fitting. The „F1“ ceramic assortment is complemented by a wall-hung WC and a floor-standing WC combination, each with a seat.  There are also two bidets with seat-rings available in a floor-standing or wall-hung version.

The high quality furniture programme with curved doors from real wood is comprised of a tall cabinet with or without interior lighting, a side cabinet and a round container - each with a ceramic top. A very innovative design element is the ceramic wall-shelf, which can  be hung one upon the other, no matter how many are required. The luxurious ensemble is completed by a harmonising bathtub with a real wooden pedestal.

„F1“ represents the first bathroom concept by Keramag, where the ceramic objects are offered serially – at no price increase – with „KeraTect“, the world-wide unique, durable, dirt-resistant, special glaze. The almost pore-free glaze has an extremely smooth surface. The 30-year-function guarantee shows what the manufacturer means with longevity.
The new „F 1“ collection will be available exclusively at the local sanitary specialised trade across the country as of September 2004.
