Due to the high amount of humidity, a steam bath, in comparison with a Finnish sauna, should have a temperature of 35 °C - 50 °C. The ideal stay lasts ca. 15 – 20 minutes – beginners should start with ten minutes. Before the refreshing shower, the body , warmly wrapped up, should recover for 10 – 15 minutes. This will give the opportunity to perspire a little more and to recover one’s balance.
