Ratingen. The luxury bathroom series “Era”, first introduced at the ISH 2007, has now been extended by a 140-cm-wide double basin with two individual wash basins. The design is consistent with the already existing rectangular wash basins in the series, available in 70, 90 and 120 cm width. This basin, too, features the surrounding profiled edge and an offset at the back which gives the wash basin a particularly light character. An area for placing soap or smaller grooming accessories has been integrated between the two square wash basins. The generous dimensions of the individual basins enable the comfortable use of the wash basins by two people at the same time. In order to ensure a particularly easy cleaning and to achieve an even greater polished effect, the new double wash basin can also be delivered with the dirt-repellent surface finish "KeraTect”, if desired.

Combined with a matching vanity unit, another new product in the series, a contemporary take on the home furnishing style prevalent at the beginning of the 20th century can be realised. The vanity unit is – in true classic style – available in a highly-polished, sophisticated black or in exquisite real rosewood veneer.

All bathroom furniture in “highly-gloss black” underwent a material change – it now features a highly-polished acrylic surface finish. In terms of lacquering it achieves a higher degree of surface homogeneity and is also more robust than lacquer.
