Following this year´s relaunch Keramag AG presented its flagship series ‘Renova Nr. 1’ and ‘Renova Nr. 1 Comprimo’ at the ISH 2007 with a new bathroom furniture programme that has been matched down to the finest formal and functional detail to the visually rejuvenated and technically improved ceramics objects. Also on display in Frankfurt for the first time were the new generation of WCs and bidets, the bathtub and shower tub programme and the new double and vanity unit wash basins for the segment ‘Renova Nr. 1 Plan’, which were launched at the end of 2006.

 

These additions improve the scope of monolithic design possibilities, thereby meeting the current wish for more elegance in the bathroom.

 

The new bathroom furniture is available to fit all wash basin types, which lately provide even more generous shelf space, a slight upstand to give a cleaning-friendly wall connection and an ergonomically formed basin edge as splash guard. The white core body can be combined with fronts in white high-gloss, wenge décor high-gloss and oak bright-light décor. 

All models in the ‘Renova Nr. 1’ standard wash basin range that have a pedestal can be fitted with single-door vanity unit which is connected to the ceramic basin by way of a silver-coloured adapter. This transforms the entire unit into a more appealing design. It also neatly hides the siphon and creates storage space. The reasonably priced adapter furniture is also suitable for subsequent fitting with already existing wash basins or hand-rinse basins. This furniture range can be combined with the series ‘Eurotrend’, ‘Felino’ and ‘Virto’, as well.

In addition to the adapter furniture for standard wash basins new fur-niture elements were also presented for the furniture wash basins of the series ‘Renova Nr. 1’ and ‘Renova Nr. 1 Comprimo’. A single-door vanity unit is available for the ‘Renova Nr. 1’ furniture hand-rinse basin. The 60, 65 and 80 cm wide vanity units for the furniture wash basins have been designed with two doors and are fitted with shelves.

Matching single-door vanity units can also be obtained for furniture wash basins with right or left-sided trays from the especially space-saving concept ‘Renova Nr. 1 Comprimo’. The two-door vanity unit for the corner wash basin supports the entire wash basin and offers optimal storage space with two shelves. The corner-opening door allows a wide opening angle and gives comfortable access to the back of the storage unit. A stainless steel siphon trim emphasizes the modern design and connects the furniture with the ceramic bowl.

 

To enhance the home decor character in the bathroom, wall hung side and tall cabinets have been included in the range. The single-door tall cabinets are fitted with four shelves, while the side cabinets – again with single doors – have an additional drawer. The side cabinets can be fitted to sit flush in a single line with the wash basin's upper edge. A satin-finish glass plate mounted on the cabinet top makes cleaning easier and goes hand in hand with the trend for more glass accessories in the bathroom.

 

The ‘Renova Nr. 1’ range is complemented by mirror lighting elements of two vertically running light bands, whose arrangement varies according to size. The larger models have swivelling side elements, which enable the user to view themselves from all sides.

Vanity units are available for the new range of double and shelf space wash basins that have recently been added to the ‘Renova Nr. 1 Plan’ series. The 130 cm wide double wash basin for instance offers the option between two pullout shelves with internal drawers or two doors with a middle storage tray each that has practical dividers for towels or bathroom utensils.
